The different photoediting apps I use to create “amazing” pictures

Hi y’all! How are y’all doing? I really hope you are doing fine. For me, I’ve been alright. There’s nothing major going on in my life at the moment. We just thank God for life. Okay okay, let’s move on:)

So, I am a photo editor as well. I edit different kinds of photos for different people and also for myself. I edit pictures to make them look better or to fit into a certain kind of aesthetic. To be honest, photo editing really is not easy but I love doing it, so I don’t find it that stressful. Anyway, let’s get into the different photoediting apps I use to create my amazing pictures.

1. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom( Lightroom in short)

This is really one of the best apps for photoediting. I use this app the most because it lets me do a lot of stuff and it is also pretty easy to use. I use Lightroom to create presets. Presets are a way of saving certain editing styles and adjustments so that you can use them on other pictures. Presets also make your photoediting work easier. For me, I think Lightroom is the best app to use to create presets. I use Lightroom to edit different kinds of pictures and I love that it also has many different editing tools. In short, you can do a lot to your picture or photo with Lightroom.

I really love VSCO; it’s one of my go-to apps for photoediting. I use it to create subtle edits and they come out really nice. VSCO is another app that is amazing to use for photoediting. VSCO is really easy to use and you can edit your photos really fast with it. A lot of people use VSCO and this just even tells you that it is really good. VSCO is really good for creating gentle edits and aesthetically pleasing pictures. You can also copy your edits from one picture and paste them on another picture on VSCO. In short, VSCO is bae and the different tools on there will make your pictures look really nice.

3. PicsArt

This is one of the most used photoediting apps. PicsArt was actually the first photediting app I used and tried. PicsArt has a lot of stuff; it is like a whole package. There are so many editing tools on PicsArt to use to create different types of edits on your picture or photo. With PicsArt, you would never be bored because it has variety; different types of ways to edit just one picture. PicsArt is pretty easy to use and if you are just starting out with photoediting, I totally recommend PicsArt.

4. Snapseed

Someone recently told me about Snapseed and I really love it so far. To be honest, Snapseed really isn’t easy to use but as you keep using it, it gets easier to use. On Snapseed, there are also so many editing tools that allow you to create wonders with your pictures or photos. With Snapseed, you can create subtle or aggressive edits and it has even more tools than most photoediting apps. Snapseed is very common in the photoediting world because of how good and effective it is. If you want to try out a new photoediting app, I recommend trying out Snapseed.

5. Prequel

I don’t really use Prequel because I use the aforementioned apps mostly. However, Prequel is really good for editing photos too. On Prequel, you have so many options; so many ways to edit your pictures. With Prequel, you can edit one picture so many ways and it will still look really nice(well, if you know what you are doing). If you are someone who likes to have different options, then you need to have Prequel. Prequel is easy to use as well. I totally recommend Prequel to y’all for photoediting.

That’s all for today y’all. By the way, these are not only the apps I use for photoediting. I use a lot of apps but these are just some of the apps. Most of these apps are really easy to use, you just need to find the one that you really like and works for you best. If y’all didn’t already know, I also do videoediting, so I might write a blogpost on that soon.
